1. Why and how do we have a fixed rate of 2.5%?
Our loans are offered to you at an Annual Fixed Rate of 2.50%. This rate is one of the most competitive on the market because we use our own private investment funds raised by our partners. We are not dependent on fluctuations in intermediary banking markets, which allows us to guarantee this rate to our selected clients.
2. What is the real speed of decision?
Time equals success. The information submitted in our form is treated with absolute priority. Our analysts provide a response in principle within 24 to 48 working hours. Once the complete file has been validated, funds are paid at the end of the legal withdrawal period.
3. Insurance and early repayments
The flexibility is total. You can repay all or part of your credit early at any time without any early repayment penalty (PRA). Our borrower insurance is also flexible to adapt perfectly to your family or professional situation.
